Carter's Couture Luxury Hair Exchange Policy

 We are pleased to offer an Exchange policy on unopened hair extensions within (5-7) BUSINESS DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low exchange rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges with equal value on our hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

We are not responsible for any stylist or yourself trying to custom color or dye, pluck your hair extensions outside of Carter’s Couture Luxury Hair because, we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. But you can exchange within 5-7 business days ,NO EXCEPTIONS. .
